4 - STROKE ENGINE OILS

 

RACE 4
A fully synthetic 5w-40 multigrade oil developed specifically for highly stressed, race prepared 4 - stroke motorcycle engines and 2 - stroke motorcycle gearboxes operating at the extreme edge of their design capabilities. RACE 4 is recommended for all racing engines and is equally suitable for road going superbikes. The low initial viscosity gives rapid and effective lubricant flow to the bearings at low temperatures and ensures minimal power losses due to "viscosity drag". High Viscosity Index ensures the oil stays in grade and offers optimum lubrication throughout the widest operating temperature range. Exceptional film strength, ensures maximum protection for engine and gearbox components while controlled low friction characteristics ensure slick gear changes and smooth clutch performance.

SUPER SPORT 4
An advanced semi-synthetic engine lubricant developed from racing technology. SUPER SPORT 4 is recommended for all high performance 4 - stroke motorcycle engines and motorcycle gearboxes operating over a wide temperature range. High Viscosity Index and excellent shear stability give genuine stay-in-grade performance across the widest range of operating conditions. Excellent anti-wear performance ensures optimum reliability of both engine and gearbox components. SUPER SPORT 4 promotes outstanding cleanliness for efficient engine operation.

SPORT 4
An ester synthetic fortified, premium quality engine oil which offers outstanding wear protection for all 4 - stroke motorcycle engines and 2 - stroke motorcycle gearboxes. Exceptional protection is offered during the critical cold start period when bearings and cams are at their most vulnerable. SPORT 4 reduces wear and ensures excellent engine cleanliness. It is the natural choice for work shop servicing of 4 - stroke engines.

ELITE 30, 40, & 50
Specially selected, low level detergent additives make Elite oils the ideal choice for the petrol engines used by classic, veteran and vintage motorcycles. Additives which offer anti-wear, anti-oxidant and low dispersancy characteristics also make these oil highly suitable for most older machinery.

Mlr 30,40 & 50
Castor based engine lubricants which incorporate advanced additives to enhance the natural very high film strength of these traditional oils, whilst minimising oil thickening. offers outstanding wear protection for Classic racing and Speedway engines. Highly suitable and recommended for both two and four stroke engines. MLR 30 is ideal for certain racing gearboxes where high levels of wear are experienced. MLR 30 is particularly recommended for Go-Kart and Grasstrack applications. MLR 50 is recommended for speedway use.

A top quality multi grade lubricant manufactured from the highest quality solvent refined base oils and a carefully formulated additive package to meet the requirements of high performance motoclycles such as BMW, Harley Davidson and certain Yamaha models which need an SAE 20w-50 viscosity engine oil SF/SG

2 - STROKE ENGINE OILS

 

RACE 2
Fully synthetic, high performance racing oil for race prepared 2 - stroke engines in road racing, motocross, karting, enduro and other applications where engines are tuned and highly stressed. Proven on the track at the highest World Championship Grand Prix level, RACE 2's outstanding low friction characteristics enable maximum power release while special additives prevent throttle sticking in wet weather. The high film strength synthetics have outstanding ring sealing properties for long term engine performance and minimise wear. Use engine manufacturers' mixture recommendations. Exceeds API TC requirements.

SUPER SPORT 2i
A new synthetic 2 - stroke oil recommended for use in high performance high revving road machines where a fully synthetic oil is specified by the manufacturer. SUPER SPORT 2i has some of the most advanced fully synthetic additives currently available which ensure maximum engine performance is achieved. This low smoke, low viscosity, low ash formula ensures maximum engine reliability while keeping smoke emissions to an absolute minimum. Exceeds JASO FC & API TC requirements.

SPORT 2
The ideal premix for most high performance machines both on and off road. SPORT 2 is a proven low ash, semi-synthetic lubricant developed with proven racing lubricants technology. It provides high film strength for optimum protection and outstanding anti-wear, while virtually eliminating deposit formation in ports and exhausts. Outstanding ring sealing properties maintain engine power performance. SPORT 2 Premix mixes readily with fuel in all temperature conditions. Use engine manufacturers' mixture recommendations. PLUS 2
A top quality, synthetic fortified 2 - stroke oil incorporating the latest performance additives. Plus 2 provides optimum film strength, excellent anti-wear characteristics and an unparalleled degree of engine component protection for a mineral based formula. PLUS 2 is exceptionally clean burning and substantially reduces the need for maintenance on ports, power valves and exhausts. It provides all season reliability for modern 2 - stroke engines of all capacities and is equally suitable for Premix or Injector use. Use engine manufacturers' mixture recommendations. Exceeds JASO FB & API TC requirements.

SPECIALTIES

SUPER COOL

 

A ready to use, pre-mixed coolant with outstanding anti-freeze and anti-corrosion properties, SUPER COOL is a very low toxic formula that gives anti-freeze protection down to -33°C. It is designed for use as an all year round coolant to protect against corrosion and prevent the build-up of hard water salts and scale, so maintaining cooling system efficiency for up to 2 years. SUPER COOL is compatible with all metals found in coolant systems, even in racing engines, as well as plastics and rubbers, gasket materials and paint finishes. The anti-freeze used in this formula meets BS5117, BS6580 (1992) and ASTM D5216. Available in 1, 4 & 25l


GEAR OILS


RACE GEAR OIL
This fully synthetic gear oil incorporates the latest additive technology to provide maximum protection for highly stressed racing gearboxes while reducing transmission power losses to a minimum. RACE Gear Oil 75w has been developed for modern motorcycle gearboxes used on the racetrack but is equally suitable for use on the road. It offers very high levels of wear protection, extending component life and enhancing reliability. Exceptional low drag characteristics, especially at cold start ensure that more of the horsepower developed in the engine is available to drive the rear wheel. Available in 1 & 4l
DRIVE MEDIUM GEAR OIL
A semi-synthetic medium gear oil for use where 80w & 85w (gearbox) and 20w-50 (engine) viscosity oils are recommended. DRIVE MEDIUM GEAR OIL is especially recommended for use at higher ambient temperatures in high performance competition and road bike transmissions. Anti-wear additives ensure maximum wear protection and minimum power loss through the drive train. The unique controlled friction additive system also ensures that wet clutch slip is eliminated. DRIVE LIGHT GEAR OIL
A semi-synthetic light gear oil for use where 75w (gearbox) or 10w-40 (crankcase) viscosity oils are recommended. DRIVE LIGHT GEAR OIL combines anti-wear properties with low friction characteristics and optimum extreme pressure performance to protect the transmissions in both off-road competition and road bikes. The unique controlled friction additive system also ensures that wet clutch slip is eliminated. Available in 1 & 4l
MLR EP 90 & 80/90
Extreme pressure hypoid gear oils which meet the requirements of API GL-5 and Mil-L-2105D. Recommended for motorcycle shaft drive applications and wherever a hypoid gear oil is required. Available in 500ml, 4, 25 & 205l
MLR AG 90 & 140
Non EP gear oils which meet the requirements of API GL1&2. MLR AG 90 is recommended for Lambretta gearboxes while MLR AG 140 is ideal for non synchromesh gearboxes in classic and vintage machines.

SUSPENSION FLUIDS

 

RACE SHOCK 2.5, 5 & 10 wt

 

Shock is a range of specialist racing suspension fluids for high performance road or competition applications. Designed for cartridge and USD (upside down) forks and rear suspension units, Shock's exceptionally high Viscosity Index helps maintain stable suspension performance across a wide temperature range. This eliminates suspension fade during races and gives predictable handling characteristics. Anti-foam additives and rapid air release ensure consistent performance under punishing race conditions. Shock has excellent lubrication properties and incorporates specialist additives to maintain seal condition. Available in 2.5, 5 and 10 weights, all grades can be mixed freely in order to tailor suspension performance to the prevailing conditions and rider style.

FORK 5, 10, 15 & 20 wt

 

FORK is made from selected base oils and performance additives to be compatible with all seals and other fork components. High Viscosity Index ensures smooth predictable damping over a wide temperature range. Recommended for the front forks on all road motorcycles, FORK is also suitable for racing and off-road competition machines. FORK is available in four viscosity grades, 5, 10, 15 & 20 wt. All grades can be freely mixed if required to provide an even greater state of fork tune. For general road use it is strongly advised the viscosity grade recommended in the handbook is used along with quantities or fill levels.
